2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

Full-bodied and upfront, expressing ripe mouth coating currant, cherry and fancy berry aromas. Tannins are controlled and the finish is balanced. A very easy-going, approachable red that is perfect with grilled or roasted meats and dark chocolate. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature.

Meritage

A delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet

Blanc, Merlot, Malbec and Petith Berdo. This wine is

full-bodied, tightly knitted with a strong finish. Best

served with rich food and bold cheese.

2004 Merlot

Vibrant, floral and earthy, expressing mocha and fancy wild berries. Full-bodied with controlled tannins and a long, mellow finish. Delicate floral aromas with enough spicy intensity to make this a wonderful accompaniment to gamey meats from the grill or a bold sauce. Best enjoyed at cellar temperatures.

Zia Minx

Zia Minx is a sweet rose blend with hints of strawberry and raspberry. You’ll be sure to fill up with her essence as you sip on this delightful wine.

2009 Estate Riesling

A smooth, semi-sweet, full bodied wine with hints of citrus. Hand-picked from beneath the Niagara Escarpment‘s warm air shelter. This wine pairs well with both entrées and desserts.

2010 Estate Riesling

This tart semi-dry homegrown will surprise you with a mouthful of fruity flavors and make your taste buds dance. Look for green apple, pear and citrus.

2009 Zinfandel

Rich with black cherry tones and a smooth delightful fruity finish. Stainless steel fermented, oaked with medium toast French oak chips.
