2008 Vidal IceWine: A beautiful golden honey color, this commanding Niagara icewine demonstrates the power of the style. 2008 Barrel Aged Vidal IceWine: A portion of our IceWine was set aside in reserve for further aging in Hungarian oak barrels for added complexity. Toasty floral scents and vanilla play beautifully with savory sesame notes and refreshing lemon tree aromas in this barrel-fermented Niagara icewine. Electric acidity cuts through the plush oak character for a long and vibrant finish. Serve with aged country cheeses or white chocolate with sea salt flecks to conclude a grand meal.

2008 Lockport Red: This port-style treat offers velvety chocolate, anise and spicy cinnamon on the nose. A rich wave of warming spiced cranberry envelops the palate without overwhelming the senses; an ideal pairing for fine chocolate. Perfect for an autumn evening or for sitting by the fire. A port style blend of 29% Merlot and 71% Cabernet Franc aged in new American Oak barrels for 10 months. 5% RS, 18% alcohol.

2009 Vidal Late Harvest: Harvested after the first frigid breaths of winter, yet concentrated with the essence of spring, summer & autumn. Wonderful aromas of tropical fruit, apricot, mango and honey greet the nose and follow suit with peach and melon on the palate. Well balanced with a crisp acidity. Enjoy with sharp cheeses or over fresh summer peaches.

2010 Semi Dry Riesling: A chin-drenchingly fruity, luscious style with a nicely balanced touch of sweetness, this lovely Riesling offers layers of sweet Golden Delicious and tangy Granny Smith apples on the palate, and a delightfully refreshing finish. A classic match for Thai or Indian cuisine.

2009 Beauvine White: An easy drinking, refreshing semi sweet white wine, perfect for before dinner (or the hot tub!) The blend is 50% Gewürztraminer, 42% Viognier and 8% Chardonnay and it is loaded with ripe fruit flavors.

2008 BeauVine Rose: A light, fun, easy-drinking sweet red wine. It has floral notes on the nose, reminiscent of roses and is smooth on the palate. It is perfect wine for a picnic or just sipping among friends. Great for Sangria or mixers too! 5% RS.

2009 Pinot Gris: A floral orange peel and honeysuckle note, with hints of fresh-cut straw, rings through the nose in this pastoral Niagara Escarpment Pinot Gris. Crisp acidity marked by clear citrus overtones makes for a lush, exciting wine. This flavorful white is a match made in heaven for pasta primavera or white bean and rosemary soup.

2009 Arrowhead White Sauvignon Blanc: This snappy Sauvignon Blanc, shows a lovely nose of lemon and lime with a slight flintiness. On the palate, an intensely tangy lime and gooseberry flavor demonstrates beautiful acidity and balance and a long, mouthwatering finish. A perfect match for a summer salad with goat cheese and pine nuts.

2010 Naked Chardonnay: With an apple blossom nose and soft fruit on the palate, this Chardonnay exquisitely weaves marvelous acidity with fruit notes inherent in crisply clean un-oaked Chardonnays. Pair with insalata mista.100% Stainless Steel.

2010 Estate Chardonnay (Niagara Escarpment): Our estate grown Chardonnay was oak aged for 9 months, producing a smooth, complex wine with lively acidity and buttery undertones. This wine will complement lighter meals matching, well with salads, chicken and pasta in a crème sauce.

2009 Estate Reserve Chardonnay: This gorgeous Niagara Escarpment Chardonnay from the cool 2009 vintage offers fierce lemongrass and lime notes bursting from the glass with flecks of mint and sage. Herbal notes balanced by well-integrated oak and stony minerality come together on the incredibly long finish for a truly stunning wine. A special-occasion meal of herbed Cornish hens will suit it nicely, but a cheese plate with creamy Camembert or Brie will also offset its complexity.

2009 “Arrowhead Red” Meritage: A flood of wild black cherry on the nose, with luxurious chocolate and tobacco notes, make this Niagara Escarpment blend a perfect match for roast pork and grilled vegetables. Though it will drink well now, particularly with a meal of roast pork and grilled vegetables, this wine’s muscular tannins and fine acidity suggest at serious aging potential. A blend of 61% Cabernet Franc, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, and 2% Malbec, this wine has been aged for 20 months in French, Eastern European and American oak barrels. All estate grown grapes.

2010 Pinot Noir: A beautiful nose of raspberry, cranberry and the scent of fall leaves on a hike in the woods announces this lovely Pinot Noir. The palate is marked by a chalky backbone, silky tannins, and lively acidity which make this a textbook example of Niagara Pinot character. An ideal match for wood-fire pizza, mushroom and gruyere focaccia, or smoked salmon.100% Pinot Noir from the Niagara Escarpment.  Aged 1 year in French oak.

2008 Meritage Reserve: Hints of eucalyptus, minerality, and black currant show on the nose of this Niagara Escarpment Bordeaux-style blend. Big, veiny tannins ripple on a chalky skeleton that shows through the long finish. This will age gracefully for several years and pair beautifully with wild boar ragu, bison, or other game meats. . A blend of 41% Cabernet Franc, 39% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, this wine has been aged for 23 months in French, Eastern European  and American oak barrels. All estate grown grapes.

2010 Pinot Noir Rosé: A bold and vivacious rose, this hearty wine made from pinot noir is a cascade of cranberry, spicy black pepper and savory mushroom truffle notes. No delicate flower, this rosé showcases the power and muscle of the 2010 vintage, and will stand up to game dishes such as buffalo burgers and venison, as well as strong French cheeses.

2010 Estate Syrah (Niagara Escarpment): This wine was barrel fermented in small lots, with some of the grapes fermented in Puncheon style barrels. With nice fruit and overtones of blackberries, dark chocolate and white pepper, this Syrah will pair nicely with many meat dishes or a hearty pasta carbonara. Aged in oak for one year. Estate grown.

2009 Estate Syrah (Niagara Escarpment): This wine was fermented in small lots and mixed gently by hand 3 times daily. With nice fruit and overtones of blackberries, dark chocolate and white pepper, this Syrah will pair nicely with many meat dishes or a hearty pasta carbonara. Aged in oak for one year. Estate grown fruit.
